When getting any subscriptions through amazon, realize that you are basically on your own when something goes wrong. My subscriptions should have started in December, its now January, and still no magazines, yet my subscription expires in November of 2010. I expect that since I paid in advance for a full 12 months, that whenever they decide to actually deliver the magazine (assuming they ever do), i will receive my 12 month subscription in full, from the day they actually started it, not the day i paid (back in october!!!!!)
Recommend dealing directly with the publisher if you can, stay away from this joke of a company and their rip-off attitude towards their customers.
